There will be lots of “oos” and “ahs” when the grand tree lights up this Friday, Nov. 30, to kick off the holidays and “St. Nick's Winter in Woodinville” presented by Woodinville Wine Country. The free, festive ceremony features the Rockefeller-style tree lighting that will take place from 5:30 to 6:30pm on the front lawn of Chateau St. Michelle. Complete with hot cider and popcorn, it’s a family event featuring live holiday music by the Woodinville High School choir.
After the tree lighting, the festivities will continue indoors for the 21 and older crowd. Forty Woodinville wineries will be pouring special releases and serving up holiday food for “St. Nick’s at Night,” a benefit for the YMCA. Tickets may be purchased at WoodinvilleWineCountry.com.
