Mission Statement

My mission is to provide my clients with the highest level of service possible: professional accountability and responsibility, providing ongoing communication and caring concern. Whether it is buying a first home or selling a lifelong residence, I am dedicated to my clients in helping them meet their real estate needs.

Education and Background

I grew up in Southwest Washington and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing. Organization, problem-solving and prioritization were of utmost importance in the arena of critical care. As an instructor and supervisor I further developed teaching and leadership skills. My professional real estate career utilizes the same skill sets and I have successfully managed numerous transactions, including Premier high-end properties, for my clients in home buying and selling. I enjoy the interpersonal aspect of working with clients in real estate, competently leading them throughout the entire process. I am certified as a Managing Broker and am Accredited by the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), a designation of the top 1% of active agents: I have a strong background of experience and education. As an Accredited Staging Professional I am qualified to help prepare homes to sell faster and for a higher price. My designations also include the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, which enables me to provide the highest level of service for my home buying clients.

Personal

The Seattle area has been my home for over 30 years. I have lived in Woodinville, WA in the community of Hollywood Hill for the last 21 years with my husband, Kurt, a family physician, and our three children. Our children are enrolled in the Northshore School District where I have been an active volunteer including past PTA president at Hollywood Hill Elementary School. I am a member of the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce, and am involved in the greater Woodinville community volunteering in youth sports, parks, and community events. I am a 30 year member, and a Deacon at University Presbyterian Church in Seattle and a participant in Agros, an organization which supports self-sufficiency among the poor in Latin America. Other hobbies include training and pilates, and hold certifications in each area.
