Happy New Year!

Welcome in 2013! As we celebrate the new year, it’s natural to think about resolutions. I’m excited about the positive forecast for real estate, and really connected with a resolution written in the Windermere blog posted this week. It said “At Windermere, our resolutions change very little year after year. That’s because the highest expectation we can set for ourselves is to anticipate and respond to the needs of our clients, while supporting the communities in which we serve.“ I agree! Being part of the Windermere family, I also resolve to continue to serve my clients with service that exceeds their expectations.

If your resolution is to buy or sell a home in 2013, I’d love to help you make it happen. Windermere’s blog, New Year’s Tips for the Home Aficionado has some great pointers for buying and selling in 2013, as well as building home equity and investing in updates to your home.

As the new year rings in, I wish you health, happiness, and the home of your dreams!
